About MJD

Mansoura Journal of Dentistry is a peer-reviewed journal published quarterly since 2014. It is honored by the contributions of eminent international editors and reviewers. This journal follows the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Journal History

Mansoura Journal of Dentistry was first published in 2014 as a print publication, ISSN: 2735-4172. In 2022 the journal became available online also, ISSN: 2812-5479.

Publishing schedule

The journal publishes one volume per year with four issues (March – June – September – December)

Open Access Policy

Mansoura Journal of Dentistry is an Open Access Journal. The articles published in the Mansoura Journal of Dentistry are open access, but still copyrighted by the publisher. Refer to "Editorial Policies”.

Language

Mansoura Journal of Dentistry uses English as its official language; American and British English are acceptable for the Journal however; authors must stick to only one style in an article.

Digital Archiving

The journal is preserved in CLOCKSS and Portico, the two leading preservation archives that guarantee access for the very long term. Every article receives a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from the CrossRef organization that ensures the article can be found on search.

Copyright

When submitting an article, authors will be asked to include a copyright statement by which the copyright ownership is transferred from the author(s) of the article to the Mansoura Journal of Dentistry in the event the work is published. Refer to information "For Authors".

According to the journal policy, adverts from third parties are not accepted.
